

OUR METHODOLOGY
Beeches Consulting follows a well proven methodology to ensure that your business is protected in the event that the worst should ever happen. We can provide you with a full end-to-end service if required or we can complete agreed aspects of a project for you and point your own employees in the right direction. We have a three pronged methodology, namely Preparation, Support and Execution which follows the guiding principles of the British Standard BS25999.
Prepare
We put in place all you need to ensure that your business is ready should an unexpected event happen. This includes an initial risk assessment and business impact analysis to ensure that the critical issues for your particular business are identified and well understood prior to the production of a formal plan.
Support
We can help you implement the day to day processes that will ensure that your plan remains valid and up-to-date and that your employees are aware of the impact that changes within your business can have on the business continuity plan. We also ensure that your plan is tested so you know it will work and the each team member understands it.
Execute
Which is hopefully never needed, is how we project manage the plan and if required, this can be a stage that Beeches Consulting would carry out on your behalf or one of your own employees could carry out for you.
MEASURING THE RESULTS
Our methodology incorporates a Capability Maturity Framework which in essence is an assessment model that we use at each stage of our work with you. In this way we can assess your state of readiness and awareness at the start of the project, we can then demonstrate the results at the end of the project and also measure on an ongoing basis that your plan remains current and thus effective.
