Business Continuity Planning can be a complex topic for those that have no previous experience.  How to tackle the task can seem daunting enough and unless you know what you are doing, organisations frequently invest significant wasted effort before realising that help is needed.

For many smaller organisations, the cost of using external consultants to assist with implementing formal Business Continuity Plans often seems prohibitive.  At Beeches Consulting, we therefore offer short training courses to assist organisations to develop their own plans using a pragmatic but effective and proven approach.

We run two courses which, depending on your requirements, you can undertake individually or together.  The first course provides all that you need to support you with developing an effective plan for your organisation.  The second provides, particularly for the larger organisations, a more detailed insight into formal Risk Assessment and Business Impact Analysis which may be required depending on the complexity of your organisation.

For details on what's included on each course please see below, or alternatively contact us to discuss your bespoke requirements.
