About Us

Beeches Consulting specialises in Business Continuity and IT Disaster Recovery planning. We are independent which means that consulting is all that we do. You can therefore be assured that when you work with us, our advice is impartial and we don't have any hidden agendas to sell you software, hardware or facilities based solutions.

Our Clients

'Our clients' include SME, large UK Corporates and Government organisations. We assist them through all stages of Business Continuity and IT Disaster Recovery Planning. At Beeches Consulting, we pride ourselves in ensuring that your business is pragmatically and cost-effectively protected in the event that something serious or unexpected should happen to it. We do this through a structured approach to Risk Assessment and Business Impact Analysis and we certainly don't make things any more complex than they need to be. We always ensure that any contingency arrangements implemented, precisely meet the needs of your business (and no more).

Then consider our Business Continuity Healthcheck as we also assist clients with reviewing their existing plans. If you have already started preparing a plan or even already implemented one, then we have a structured Healthcheck process that we follow to provide you with an analysis of your current level of preparedness and where appropriate, a gap analysis if things need attention.

Testing Your Plan

Beeches Consulting is also able to facilitate a test of your existing Business Continuity or IT DRP Plan. Normally we undertake a desktop exercise with our clients however we can tailor all testing to each client's specific requirements without unnecessarily disrupting normal business operations. Whatever help you may need, we have consultants that are able to assist you.
